This is the best waist trainer I have found so far! It helps with my posture, making sure I am not slouching. I have a size 24 in waist, am 5'3'', and weigh 120lbs. I got the XS. I first tried putting it on in the evening when I got it and could not get it on. I tried again in the morning when my stomach was empty and it went on fine. I highly recommend!

Still a little snug at size 2XL (which I have never had for any garment before). Big compliments on date night! curvy shape accomplished. Love that there are 3 rows of eyelets for adjustments. Recommend some vanity sizing so I don't feel so XXL.

I really like it! My only complaint is that I followed the size chart and it’s a little too big, so I will have to order another size down. When I got it I was able to put it on the third row which is the tightest it will go and I could still fit my hand down the inside, so it isn’t tight enough but the quality is amazing and I know if I get the next size down it will be perfect.

I work out a lot but can never shrink my waist. I LOVE this thing! I wear it when I’m in the gym and It helps me sweat more. Also wear it under my clothes and you can’t tell at all. It makes me look so skinny! Can’t wait to see what my wait looks like after wearing it a few more weeks.

I need a 1X as the XL is more a 30 inch waist and. Mine has spread to 40 or 45! I will. Keep the XL and put in another for the 1X! Thanks for all you do and i think your product is right on the money and i will wear it to Pilates and Yoga and Jazz Dance!! Hope the 1X fits it will be awesome!
It fits well, i am a true medium but i downsized to a small and it was first a struggle but it fit well once on and i’m glad i downsized because i wouldn’t be needing a smaller one anytime soon :)

I am training hardcore and eating clean and the waist trainer is just helping me that much more with my goals. I am so happy with this product. Great quality and the three different levels of snaps allows you to use through fat/weight loss and as your waist slims.

I love the material and it feels very strong, but the sizing is weird. I got a medium because my waist is 28 inches, but its not even really tight on the tightest option!

The order was sent and received quickly.Initially there was a smell of rubber, but faded. Sewn qualitatively. The corset is tight, strongly pulls. Chose a small when came could not fasten and thought that it was necessary to take on a larger size, but with the second attempt it was possible to fasten. Now i do not regret that i took the smallest. I achieved the desired result. I wear a couple of hours a day. Reduces waist and adjusts shape.

I Am Pleased I ordered this item on April 5th.. I received it April 11th which is not bad because it was not a rush delivery. When I opened the package I thought it would be too big. Not at all the case. It's actually kinda small, and I'm a petite woman.. So order a size up or it will fit just right or too tight. It makes my hips and waist look better.. Considering I have love handles.
I love this trainer. I waist train a lot and this is literally one of the best I’ve had. Unlike my expensive ones it’s surprisingly comfortable and leaves no marks on my skin after I wore it for the first 6 hours. My waist is 28 inches and my hips are 42. Based on the size chart, I was to get a small I have to admit it was a chore putting it on just the first row because it’s so sturdy and made of good quality latex. But after you pass the mid riff. The rest is easy. Corrects posture too. Definitely a good buy.

Super quality! At the waist 32" got a size large (for 2 line hooks). Under a thin dress, you can see only the tip at the bottom of the line of hooks.
